Spokespeople
Cabix staff are all trained journalist and experienced in training spokespeople to get the most out of media contact. Whether you have experienced staff who need a refresher, new staff who have little media experience, or you want to prepare a spokesperson for an upcoming issue, we can work with you to tailor the training to your specific needs.
We offer one on one training as well as training in small and larger groups. Every participant is interviewed twice and receives individual feedback. All training is specific to your organisation – we don’t do public courses. We provide all the equipment and come to you. All you need is a meeting room and a white board.
Cabix also provides training for people fronting in non-media environments such as select committee, road shows and community meetings. We work with our clients to tailor what we do to meet your specific needs.
Non-spokespeople in the public eye
You may have staff who are not media spokespeople but receive media contact, such as those in a public-facing role like a helpdesk or frontline reception. Or you may have staff who while out in the community doing their work face scrutiny, such as filming for social media by members of the public. For staff in those situations, we can provide training on how best to respond.
